Answer: 

RocketTheme's first business process is a process of incorporation. This incorporation process in which RocketTheme selecting global digital products for sale on the market. In this process, RocketTheme can assess the potential of digital products would get the attention of the public eye. RocketTheme trying to do modifications to differentiate itself from other template clubs through the consumer-oriented focus originality and flexibility of design.

In addition, RocketTheme also use the process to solve problems. This is because the RocketTheme had to cope with a problem or conflict that rivals other template clubs in the domestic and global market environment. To address this problem, RocketTheme has decided to go out to the market with different other CMS and provide template solutions to other open source CMS.

Furthermore, the RocketTheme also use the process of business expansion. In this process of RocketTheme using advertising methods are unconventional. RocketTheme also undertake targeted marketing to online communities dala. In this process, the RocketTheme is expanding due to the increase in the number of available templates.

RocketTheme expand its business products with the right strategy and in accordance with the exchange of information among employees RocketTheme with customers using the electronic highway.

The information systems that can be used to support these processes are 3 information system. First, Content Management System (CMS) Joomla that is allows anyone with at least a limited knowledge of web site construction or internet technologies to start a Web site. Second, membership system that charges a different fee. The last information system will be support this process is affiliate system. With this system, RocketTheme can attract their new customers in the market.
